Matthias and Irina have been part of this team for many years. In their interviews, they share why they love what they do, what drives them, and how they help people manage their financial challenges every single day.
Matthias
Matthias joined the Riverty team in Baden-Baden in 2015. Knowing Riverty’s strong reputation as a top employer in the region, he saw the perfect chance to grow his career.
In phone-based customer service, he supports consumers with patience and passion. His favorite part of the job? The variety – every call is different, bringing new people, challenges, and surprises.
That’s exactly what Matthias finds so appealing about his job: continuously learning, working with modern tools – and experiencing something new every day.
Irina
Since 2018, Irina has been part of the Riverty team in Baden-Baden. She started in telephone customer service as a career changer – having previously worked in a bakery. Today, she’s the kind and caring voice on the phone, known for her patience, empathy, and helpfulness.
Outside of work, Irina is a single mom and spends her free time coaching a girls’ dance group. What she appreciates most about Riverty? The flexibility – mobile work and flexible hours make it possible for her to balance her family life, volunteer work, and career.
For Irina, success isn’t defined by a résumé. It’s about listening, helping, and contributing – values that truly reflect what Customer Service at Riverty stands for.
