Early Careers
Your Story begins here
Your start at Riverty
Graduated – now what? At Riverty, you'll find three ways to kick off your career: an apprenticeship, a dual study programme or a trainee programme. Which path suits you best depends on how you like to learn – hands-on with lots of practice, alternating between work and university, or straight after your degree with rotations through different departments. Find the right programme for you below and start shaping your story from day one.
Apprenticeship
Want to dive straight into real working life from day one? In our apprenticeship, you'll learn your profession hands-on – in business or IT, depending on where your interests lie. Theory and practice alternate, so you can put what you've learned to use right away.

Dual Study Program
Want to study without spending all your time in lecture halls? Our dual study program combines your university studies with hands-on experience at Riverty. Theory and practice phases alternate regularly, so you can apply what you've learned straight away. That way, you'll gain real work experience while you study.

Trainee Program
In our trainee program, you're close to where decisions are made: you'll work directly with a member of top management and take on responsibility of your own. You'll largely decide for yourself which areas you rotate through, so you can find the field that truly suits you.
