Open the Riverty app and select the invoice you want to pay. Under “manage payment” you’ll see all your payment options.
Slide through the optional amounts. You will see all relevant information like total interest and repayment timeline before you confirm.
We’ve made this step extra safe by asking you to verify your identity. Once signed, your payment will be made by direct debit every month on the same date.

As you repay, your available Flex credit replenishes automatically. Want to split another open invoice? Just add it to your payment plan.

After making a purchase with Riverty, you can add eligible purchases to Flex in the app. You choose your monthly payment — starting from €20 — and we'll show you the repayment timeline and total interest before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Flex is a form of credit, which means interest is charged on the amount you still owe.
What makes Flex different is that you stay in control: you choose your monthly payment amount, you see the total repayment cost and timeline before confirming, and you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement if you change your mind.
You can also repay early at any time if you'd like to reduce the remaining balance sooner. Flex is designed to give you a clearer and more flexible way to spread the cost of purchases over time.
Your monthly payment is collected automatically by direct debit, so once everything is set up, you don’t need to worry about remembering payment dates.
Yes. Before offering Flex, we carry out an eligibility check to make sure the credit is suitable and manageable for you. Approval isn’t guaranteed.
Flex is currently available in Germany and the Netherlands. The following limits apply:
Germany: up to €1,500 with a maximum repayment period of 12 months
Netherlands: up to €900 with a maximum repayment period of 24 months
Your personal limit depends on your eligibility and may be lower than the country maximum. You'll see your available limit in the Riverty app.
Yes. You can add eligible Riverty purchases to your Flex credit at any time through the Riverty app.
You can withdraw from your Flex credit agreement within 14 days of confirmation — no explanation needed.
